1. Engagement & Scoping

Karuzh Technologies delivers custom software development, systems architecture, Point of Sale (POS) engineering, and AI automation systems. All client engagements are governed by mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) documents defining deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, 100% of the custom source code, application architectures, database schemas, and tailored design assets are assigned entirely to the client. Karuzh provides clients with complete independence and ownership.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Every project is protected under strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client identities, internal trade secrets, codebases, or proprietary business logic without explicit written consent.

4. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Uptime Guarantee

For enterprise systems hosted and managed by Karuzh Technologies, we commit to a 99.9% availability SLA, sub-second query latency targets, and emergency Level-1 incident response times.
