Effective Date: October 2026 • Karuzh Technologies Data Handling Standards
Karuzh Technologies is committed to transparent and responsible handling of client and user data. We do not sell user data, nor do we use proprietary client data or codebases to train publicly accessible machine learning foundation models.
We collect information provided directly through consultation forms, cost estimators, or direct correspondence (such as your name, corporate email address, and project specifications) exclusively to process consultations, draft architectural scopes, and provide service deliverables.
When an autonomous AI agent interacts with our WebMCP or Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints on your behalf, we record only the parameters necessary to fulfill the requested transaction (such as consultation booking or tool execution) in accordance with SEP-1649 specifications.
To protect our digital infrastructure from malicious scanner probes and distributed denial of service (DDoS) attempts, our servers log anonymous request telemetry including IP address, user-agent, and client timezone. This data is retained strictly for security audit purposes and deleted after 90 days.
